After getting up, showering and getting dressed and enjoying breakfast:
Clean or tidy one thing or space
Tend to something living or growing
Reach out to a human being outside your home
Do one thing to get your heart rate up
Do one thing you’ll be glad you did later!
Do one thing just because you want to!
Get in one good laugh
Be mindfully present to:
Sensory feeling and touch
Something you see. Really look at its detail
